Lord’s Day Worship starts at 10:30 AM
(9:30 AM for July & August)
The most important labor the church does is the worship of the Almighty, as prescribed by the greatest command taught by the Lord Jesus, that “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind” (Matt 22:37) and explained in the first four of the Ten Commandments. (Ex 20:2-11)
To this end TRC meets every Lord’s Day (i.e. Sunday) for biblical, traditional, Protestant worship. The focus is on the Ministry of the Word (Acts 6:4), the public reading of Scripture, biblical expository preaching and the administration of the Sacraments. We also gather for prayer, including the Lord’s Prayer. We sing the psalms and the classic old hymns (we use the “Trinity Hymnal“). We proclaim the creeds of the ancient and Reformed church. And we give unto the Lord our time, talents and treasure.
There is no dress code for worship and all are welcome on Lord’s Day, however, if one chooses to honor the Lord by putting on their Sunday best, that is certainly not discouraged.
